Accommodation provides 3 separate self-catering apartments and 5 separate Premium Queen rooms that are stylishly decorated and finished to the highest standards with comfortable queen-size beds, made up with the finest linen.
The 5 Premium Queen Rooms all have an ensuite bathroom, 3 of the Rooms have a full bathroom and balcony, the other 2 of the rooms are shower only and no balcony.
All rooms come with high speed WiFi, a flat-screen Smart TVs with complimentary Netflix, fan, heater, bath towels, hair dryer, extra blankets, tea- and coffee-making facilities and a work desk.
These rooms do not include meals however meals can be arranged on enquiry for additional cost.
The Self Catering One-bedroom and Two-bedroom apartments each have a full ensuite bathrooms, feature a covered patio with bistro set, separate lounge with a dining table and sitting area, and a kitchenette equipped with a microwave, toaster, kettle/top kettle, air fryer, and bar fridge. Additionally, there's high speed WiFi, a flat-screen Smart TVs with complimentary Netflix, fan, heater/Aircon, bath towels, hair dryer, extra blankets, tea- and coffee-making facilities and a work desk. These are self-catering units however meals can be arranged on enquiry for an additional cost.

- Deposit Payments
50% deposit is required within 24 hours of the invoice to secure your booking.
100% payments on for one night bookings
- Balance Payments
A 100% payment is required at least 7 days prior to your stay to secure the booking.
- Child Policy
No children under the age of 12 are permitted.
- Pet Policy
No pets are allowed on the premises.
- Smoking Policy
Smoking is strictly prohibited in the rooms. Designated smoking areas are available
- Noise Policy
Quiet hours for the comfort of all guests are 22:00pm to 7:00am
- Cancellation Policy
In the event of cancellation, the following cancellation fees shall apply on the total cost of the booking:
- More than 10 days before arrival: No fee
- Less than 7 days before arrival: 25% fee
- Less than 2 days before arrival: 100% fee
- Authorized Communications
All individuals communicating with Cozy in Jozi Accommodation are considered authorized to act on behalf of their company. They accept full responsibility for the invoiced amount, timely payment, and any changes or instructions communicated.
- Room Condition
We strive to maintain our rooms in excellent condition. Any damage to items in the rooms caused by negligence will result in a charge for the cost of the damages.
- Risk Waiver
Guests enter, stay, and use the facilities at their own risk. The owner, management, and representatives are not liable for any bodily injury, property loss, or damage.
